Better job opportunities can be researched

There is talk of continuous employment generation for the youth in the country. Even if it is assumed that continuous innovations are being made to generate employment, then what is the reason that there is a large number of candidates who have done PhD for the examination of Group D of Railways? What is the reason that 23,000 applications have been received for five posts of peon in Rajasthan?
There are some reasons for such a large number of applications in public sector jobs, which also highlight the nature of our sustained jobs.
  • Even after large-scale privatization, the security and benefits offered in public sector jobs are a matter of attraction for the youth. In these jobs, pension after retirement is seen as a major life-saving. The salary given to the lower middle class general in government jobs is also twice as compared to the private sector.
  • New job opportunities can be very rare compared to the number of unemployed growing per month. Seventh Quarterly Employment Survey indicates that new opportunities were created for 1.36 lakh jobs, while the number of unemployed increases by more than a million every month.
  • 80 percent of the country's workforce is engaged in the informal sector. Only 17 percent of these are given regular salary. Fifth Annual Employment-Unemployed Survey clarifies that only 21 percent of the workforce in the workforce is getting social security facilities.
  • Swords fall on jobs due to continued depletion in exports and automation. Consequently, changing the direction of technology requires finding new skies. India has many such options of employment. Who can be redeemed.

  • The textile industry of India keeps infinite possibilities. Together with sixteen countries of RCEP, if the clothes are prepared for a population of 3.5 billion, then it can become an alternative to the never-ending employment opportunity. This industry is based on labor. Similarly, employment opportunities can be increased in the leather and shoe industry.
  • As well as increasing the number of jobs, skill development will be equally important for investment.
  • India needs to create a national employment policy, which can find opportunities to create jobs while taking into account social, economic problems. Who can improve the laws and provide tax relief to the industries providing employment.
  • We need to convert our employment offices into employment centers. These centers should be run in government or privately. These centers help the youth to solve problems related to recruitment process.
  • National Skill Development Corporation should implement the Youth Development Cooperation Program, which will help the NGOs who provide opportunities for cushion development to the youth. In this, training programs at the district level should be run.
  • Entrepreneurship needs to be given social incentives. The bottlenecks in starting a small and medium scale business should be overcome. Government schemes available for them should be promoted. Development of infrastructure is also essential. Try to give full support to Indian Banks Small and Medium Enterprises
Youth is a state of development. Providing an encouraged atmosphere to the youth of India is in the country's interest, and it is also our responsibility. Unemployment is a curse for them.
